Service Advisor

You'll greet clients, write clear repair orders, explain diagnostics and repair options, and recommend maintenance for European brands like BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, Mini, and Volvo. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and act as primary point of contact throughout the service visit
• Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns clearly

• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize work and meet promised timelines
• Review vehicle inspections and recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
• Obtain customer authorization and manage expectations on cost and timing
• Handle scheduling, status updates, and follow-up communication
• Process payments and review invoices for accuracy
