Production Associate

Cabinetworks Group, one of America's largest cabinet manufacturers, is hiring Production Associates for 1st and 3rd shift roles. In this on-site position, you'll support cabinet manufacturing through material handling, assembly, machine operation, and packaging while meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals. You'll follow standardized work instructions, use hand and power tools, inspect parts, and help keep work areas clean and organized. Responsibilities

• Operate basic production machinery and equipment for cabinet manufacturing
• Assemble cabinet components using hand and power tools
• Load, unload, and move materials and product through the production area
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and instructions
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues
• Report equipment or safety concerns promptly
• Support continuous improvement and 5
• S/lean initiatives on the shop floor
