Commercial Pest Control

Sprague Pest Solutions seeks a Commercial Pest Control professional to protect health, food, and property for business clients across the Western U.S. In this field-based role, you'll inspect commercial facilities, identify pest activity and risk, and implement science-based Integrated Pest Management (IPM) solutions. You'll apply treatments safely, document findings for regulatory compliance, and educate clients on prevention. Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial client facilities for pests, conditions, and risk factors
• Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) treatment plans
• Apply pesticides and non-chemical controls safely and in compliance with regulations
• Document findings, treatments, and recommendations for regulatory and client records
• Communicate service results and prevention strategies to client contacts
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE and equipment properly
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and chemical inventory
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training
• Support team members and share best practices in the field
• Represent Sprague's values and service standards with all clients
