Division Controller

Green Bay Packaging seeks a Division Controller to lead financial management for a manufacturing division. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while partnering closely with operations to improve cost control, profitability, and capital decisions. The Division Controller will ensure strong internal controls, GAAP compliance, and accurate month-end close. You will manage and develop an accounting team, create actionable KPIs, and support strategic planning. Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the division in alignment with corporate goals
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations
• Partner with plant and operations leaders to analyze costs, productivity, and capital investments
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate financial policies
• Manage division accounting team, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor division profitability and operational efficiency
• Support pricing, margin analysis, and customer profitability reviews
• Coordinate internal and external audit requests related to division activities
• Drive process improvements in financial systems, reporting, and controls
• Support strategic planning, long-range financial modeling, and special projects
