Dispatcher

SWAN Loveland seeks a detail oriented Dispatcher to support our HVAC Wholesale Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you will schedule and dispatch delivery trucks, coordinate closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and HVAC technicians, and ensure accurate, on time delivery of equipment and parts across Northern Colorado. You'll monitor routes, respond to urgent service needs, and update customers with clear, professional communication. Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks for HVAC equipment and parts deliveries
• Coordinate closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and HVAC technicians
• Monitor routes, traffic, and schedules; adjust plans to minimize delays
• Use dispatch, GPS, and routing software to optimize delivery efficiency
• Communicate ETAs and delivery updates to internal teams and customers
• Prioritize urgent orders and service calls based on business needs
• Maintain accurate records of runs, loads, mileage, and delivery confirmations
• Resolve delivery issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Support safety protocols and DOT/compliance requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and customer service
