HVAC Service Manager

SWAN Loveland is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential heating, cooling, and plumbing service operations. You will supervise and mentor technicians, schedule and dispatch jobs, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold our safety and customer-first standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing complex HVAC issues, supporting estimates, handling escalated customer concerns, and ensuring code compliance. You'll coordinate training, monitor KPIs, manage parts and inventory, and collaborate with leadership to improve processes. This role offers growth into higher leadership while serving the local community with honest, reliable comfort solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC and plumbing service technicians
• Schedule, dispatch, and prioritize residential service calls
• Provide technical support and diagnose complex HVAC issues
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance
• Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain satisfaction
• Coordinate technician training and support certifications
