SWAN Loveland is seeking an HVAC Install Technician to install and replace residential heating and cooling systems, ductwork, and related components. You'll perform start ups, testing, and basic diagnostics to ensure safe, efficient operation, while keeping homes clean and customers informed. Follow safety codes, read blueprints, and coordinate with dispatch and plumbers as needed. Responsibilities

  • Install and replace residential HVAC equipment, ductwork, and accessories to code and manufacturer specs.
  • Perform system start-up, testing, and basic diagnostics to verify safe, efficient operation.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job layouts, and wiring diagrams for accurate installs.
  • Follow all safety procedures, building codes, and company quality standards on every job.
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about work performed, options, and maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and plumbing teams to ensure timely job completion.
  • Maintain clean work areas, protect customer property, and complete required paperwork or digital forms.
  • Operate HVAC tools, ladders, and equipment safely and perform basic truck/stock organization.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on new equipment, codes, and best practices.
  • Support occasional on-call or overtime work during peak seasons as needed.
