Comfort Advisor

SWAN Loveland seeks a Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners in selecting the right HVAC and comfort solutions. In this field-based role, you'll perform in-home evaluations, explain system options, and create clear, honest proposals for heating, cooling, and indoor air quality upgrades. You'll collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate installations, follow safety and code requirements, and maintain strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates have residential HVAC or construction experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Ongoing training and growth into senior or leadership roles are available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home evaluations of HVAC and comfort needs
• Explain system options, pricing, and financing to homeowners
• Prepare accurate estimates and written proposals
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure proper installation scope
• Maintain detailed records in CRM or sales software
• Follow all safety, code, and company standards
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Upsell maintenance plans and indoor air quality solutions
