CDL A Truck Driver

STG Logistics (Formally XPO) is hiring local CDL A Truck Drivers starting at $31.26/hr. Drive dedicated container and drayage routes between ports, rail ramps, and distribution centers, returning home daily. Safely handle freight, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and follow all DOT and company safety rules. Use ELDs and dispatch systems to manage routes, schedules, and paperwork. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailers on local routes hauling containers and freight
• Perform timely pickups and deliveries between ports, rail ramps, CFS facilities, and customer locations
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Comply with DOT, company safety policies, and hours-of-service regulations
• Secure loads properly and verify shipment documentation and freight integrity
• Communicate with dispatch and terminal staff to coordinate routes and schedules
• Use electronic logging devices and onboard systems to track hours and shipments
• Provide professional customer service at all delivery and pickup sites
• Maintain accurate delivery records, bills of lading, and required paperwork
• Support a safety-first, performance-driven culture focused on continuous improvement
