HR Generalist

Touchstone Communities is seeking an HR Generalist to support our skilled nursing communities across Texas. In this onsite role, you'll handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance while supporting leaders and team members in a mission-driven, faith-based environment. Responsibilities include managing HR records, benefits and leave coordination, policy implementation, training support, and performance processes. You'll partner with community leadership to build a culture of respect, teamwork, and servant leadership that supports quality resident care and staff retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for skilled nursing and rehabilitation roles
• Provide employee relations support and coaching to leaders and staff
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Texas long-term care HR regulations
• Administer benefits, leave management, and HR documentation
• Support payroll changes and HRIS data accuracy
• Coordinate training, orientation, and development initiatives
• Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management and corrective action processes
• Partner with community leadership to promote a positive, mission-aligned culture
• Analyze HR metrics to support retention and workforce planning
