DC Maintenance Supervisor

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a DC Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our distribution center. This role oversees a team of technicians maintaining material handling equipment, conveyors, building systems, and safety devices to ensure maximum uptime. The supervisor plans and prioritizes preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinates vendor services, manages work orders and parts inventory, and tracks KPIs. This position partners closely with operations leaders, promotes a strong safety culture, supports continuous improvement, and helps drive a reliable, efficient environment for retail and e commerce fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule daily work for maintenance technicians in the DCExecute preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors and material handling equipment
• Oversee building, mechanical, and electrical system upkeep
• Manage work orders, CMMS records, and spare parts inventory
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
• Monitor and report maintenance KPIs, downtime, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives with operations
• Train and coach team members on technical and safety best practices
• Participate in budgeting and planning for maintenance projects and upgrades
