Class B CDL/Equipment Operator

ConGlobal is hiring a Class B CDL/Equipment Operator to safely move containers, trailers, and cargo within intermodal and terminal operations. In this role, you will operate trucks, yard hostlers, and heavy equipment, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and follow strict safety and DOT regulations. You'll support efficient rail, ocean, and trucking flows, communicate with dispatch and ground crews, and help stage and spot equipment. Responsibilities

• Operate Class B CDL vehicles to move containers and trailers within terminals and yards
• Safely operate yard hostlers and other heavy equipment to position and stage equipment
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all DOT, safety, and terminal operating procedures
• Coordinate with dispatch, rail, and ground crews to support efficient cargo flow
• Secure and handle loads to prevent damage and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate move logs and basic documentation
• Identify and report hazards, near-misses, and operational issues
• Support continuous improvement and housekeeping of work areas
