Driver

PODS is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver to deliver and pick up portable storage containers for residential and commercial customers. In this field-based role, you'll operate CDL equipment, perform safe loading and unloading, and ensure timely, customer-first service while following all DOT and company safety standards. As part of our Transportation & Logistics team, you'll work independently on local routes, solve on-the-spot challenges, and support our mission to transform the moving and storage experience, with opportunities to grow your logistics and operations career nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL vehicle to deliver and pick up PODS containers safely and on time
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document findings
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations at all times
• Secure containers and loads using proper equipment and procedures
• Provide courteous, customer-first service at each stop
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and issues
• Complete required logs, manifests, and electronic documentation accurately
• Report vehicle maintenance needs and safety concerns promptly
• Support teammates and uphold PODS' reliability and accountability standards
