CDL A Driver

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a reliable CDL A Driver to support our growing retail network. In this field-based role, you'll safely operate tractor-trailers to deliver automotive parts and supplies to O'Reilly stores and distribution points. You'll complete pre- and post-trip inspections, follow all DOT and company safety regulations, and maintain accurate logs and documentation. Drivers load, unload, and verify freight, ensuring careful handling and accurate counts. You'll interact professionally with store teams and dispatch, uphold our customer-focused, team-oriented culture, and help meet on-time delivery and performance goals in a stable, growth-oriented company with advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailers to deliver automotive parts to retail stores and distribution points
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driving logs and delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, company, and safety regulations, including hours-of-service and load securement rules
• Load, unload, and verify freight, ensuring accurate counts and careful handling of inventory
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, store personnel, and distribution centers to coordinate routes
• Maintain clean, well-kept equipment and promptly report maintenance or safety issues
• Provide professional, courteous service that reflects O'Reilly's customer-focused culture
• Support a performance-driven environment by meeting delivery schedules and productivity goals
