Distribution Center Associate

As a Distribution Center Associate at Grainger, you'll support a mission-critical wholesale MRO supply chain by accurately receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products. Working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, you'll operate material handling equipment, use RF scanners to manage inventory, and help maintain organized, efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship MRO products accurately and efficiently in a high-volume distribution center
• Operate material handling equipment safely, following all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to locate, track, and verify inventory
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support 5
• S/continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality goals
• Follow standard operating procedures and comply with all safety and quality standards
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and basic problem resolution in the warehouse
