Retail Associate

Nike is seeking a part-time Retail Associate for our Beaverton store. You'll deliver premium service to every athlete by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right footwear, apparel, and accessories. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, supporting merchandising and product storytelling, stocking and organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe sales floor. Responsibilities

• Deliver premium, knowledgeable service to every customer, embodying Nike's brand and culture.
• Drive store sales by engaging customers, identifying needs, and recommending products.
• Operate POS systems accurately for sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Support merchandising by maintaining brand-right displays, signage, and product storytelling.
• Replenish stock, organize backroom inventory, and assist with shipment processing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and fitting room environment.
• Support loss prevention procedures and safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and service standards.
• Stay current on Nike products, innovations, and promotions to educate customers.
• Flex across roles and schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
