Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Southcoast Health pediatric clinician to deliver exceptional, family-centered care within our leading academic medical center. In this onsite role, you'll assess and manage pediatric patients, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance clinical outcomes. You'll support education for families, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and participate in continuous learning aligned with our mission of innovation, research, and community partnership to improve children's health locally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct pediatric clinical care in alignment with evidence-based protocols
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals on treatment
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and home care
• Document care accurately in the EHR and maintain regulatory compliance
• Support and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Coordinate care transitions and follow-up with community providers
• Engage in ongoing professional development and pediatric best-practice training
