Senior Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Senior Clinic Manager to lead our high-energy outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise clinical and front-desk staff, and ensure exceptional, evidence-based patient care. You'll manage schedules, workflows, and performance metrics while maintaining regulatory compliance and financial health. As a key culture leader, you'll promote CORA's patient-first, collaborative environment, support staff development, and drive quality, growth, and community engagement in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient physical therapy clinic to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care
• Supervise, coach, and schedule clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative, patient-first culture
• Manage clinic performance metrics, including patient volume, productivity, and quality outcomes
• Coordinate with therapists to optimize caseloads, workflows, and evidence-based treatment delivery
• Handle budgeting, billing oversight, and basic financial reporting to meet clinic goals
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and CORA policies
• Drive patient satisfaction through excellent communication, service recovery, and community engagement
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of clinic team members
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
