Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a high-volume outpatient physical therapy clinic to ensure efficient, patient-centered care
• Lead, mentor, and schedule clinical and administrative staff to meet performance and quality goals
• Monitor key performance, financial, and patient satisfaction metrics and implement improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and CORA clinical protocols
• Coordinate patient access, referrals, and scheduling to optimize caseload and clinic capacity
• Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and community outreach
• Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships to support clinic needs
• Support staff development through coaching, feedback, and participation in training programs
