Senior Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Senior Clinic Manager to lead our outpatient rehab clinic, overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and patient-first service. In this part-time leadership role, you'll coordinate schedules, manage workflows, and ensure regulatory and documentation compliance while supporting evidence-based physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. You'll mentor clinicians and front office staff, track productivity and quality metrics, and champion a collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence, professional growth, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an outpatient physical therapy clinic to ensure high-quality patient care and service standards.
• Lead, schedule, and mentor clinical and administrative staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Manage clinic performance metrics, including patient volume, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and CORA clinical protocols.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, intake, and documentation workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor clinic budget, productivity, and resource utilization to meet financial and operational goals.
• Drive patient-first initiatives, service recovery, and community outreach to strengthen clinic reputation.
• Support implementation of evidence-based practices and quality improvement projects across the clinic.
