CORA Physical Therapy seeks a De novo Clinic Manager (PT or PTA) to lead operations in a new outpatient rehab clinic. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a new outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, and front-desk processes
• Support delivery of high-quality physical therapy services
• Supervise, coach, and mentor clinic staff
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMRMonitor key performance, quality, and patient satisfaction metrics
• Maintain regulatory, safety, and compliance standards
• Collaborate on referral development and local community outreach
