Senior Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Senior Clinic Manager to lead operations at our outpatient rehab clinic. You will oversee daily workflows, staffing, and patient scheduling while ensuring evidence-based, personalized care across physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Partner with therapists and support staff to drive clinical excellence, documentation compliance, and strong patient outcomes. You'll foster a collaborative, patient-first culture, support community outreach, and contribute to clinic growth. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an outpatient physical therapy clinic to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care
• Lead and mentor clinical and administrative staff, promoting a collaborative, patient-first culture
• Monitor clinic performance, including patient volume, scheduling, and documentation compliance
• Ensure regulatory, billing, and documentation standards are met across all services
• Collaborate with referring providers and community partners to support patient access and continuity of care
• Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback
