Senior Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Senior Clinic Manager to lead our outpatient rehabilitation clinic. You will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor clinical and front-office staff, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care across physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Responsibilities include workflow optimization, scheduling, performance and quality monitoring, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with regional leaders on growth and budgeting. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient physical therapy clinic to ensure efficient, patient-centered care
• Lead, mentor, and schedule clinical and front-office staff to support high-quality rehabilitation services
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and quality metrics, implementing improvements as needed
• Coordinate patient flow, intake, and scheduling to optimize access and service levels
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and CORA clinical standards
• Collaborate with regional leaders on budgeting, staffing, and strategic growth initiatives
• Support clinical excellence through evidence-based practices, training, and professional development
• Foster a collaborative, respectful culture focused on patient outcomes and community engagement
