Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to lead daily operations while providing high-quality outpatient care. Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization
• Evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and regulatory compliance
• Monitor clinic quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members
• Support community outreach and patient education initiatives
