Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to lead daily operations and deliver high-quality outpatient rehab care. In this role, you will manage clinic workflows, supervise and mentor staff, and provide evidence-based physical therapy to diverse patient populations. You will oversee scheduling, documentation, and quality metrics while fostering a collaborative, patient-first culture. Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy evaluation and treatment in an outpatient setting
• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff
• Ensure accurate, timely EMR documentation and billing compliance
• Monitor clinical quality, outcomes, and patient satisfaction metrics
• Support and promote a patient-first, team-based culture
• Coordinate with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with community outreach and growth of clinic services
