Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehabilitation clinic. Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments in an outpatient setting
• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinicians and support staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA)
• Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members
• Support insurance, authorization, and billing-related clinical documentation
