Clinic Manager PT

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Clinic Manager to lead daily operations at our outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you'll supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure excellent patient flow and experience. You will oversee documentation and billing accuracy, support quality clinical care, and partner with therapists to meet performance and compliance standards. The Clinic Manager fosters a collaborative, patient-first culture, supports staff development, and builds community relationships to grow the clinic and advance CORA's mission of restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outpatient rehab clinic to ensure efficient, patient-centered care
• Supervise, coach, and schedule clinical and administrative staff
• Manage patient scheduling, registration, and documentation workflows using EMR systems
• Monitor billing, insurance, and collections processes for accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and organizational policies and procedures
• Track and report key performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to support quality of care and clinical excellence
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on respect, communication, and development
• Engage in community outreach and referral development to grow clinic volume
• Support onboarding and training of new staff and contribute to ongoing process improvements
