CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, outpatient rehabilitation for diverse patient populations. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions, design individualized treatment plans, and document progress using EMR. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-first, goal-oriented care while educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education
  • Track and document patient progress using EMR in a timely, accurate manner
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff for coordinated care
  • Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with state practice acts, payer guidelines, and clinic policies
  • Contribute to a positive, team-based, patient-first clinic culture
  • Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and clinical in-services
  • Support community outreach and CORA quality improvement initiatives
