CLINICAL THERAPIST

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Senior Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional outpatient rehab care. You will manage clinic performance, mentor clinicians, and maintain a patient-first, evidence-based environment. Responsibilities include overseeing schedules and productivity, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance, fostering a collaborative culture, and driving growth within the community. As a treating PT, you'll evaluate, plan, and provide individualized physical therapy, guiding patients toward restored function, independence, and quality of life while supporting staff development and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of an outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Provide direct patient care including evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention
• Mentor, coach, and develop clinical and support staff
• Oversee scheduling, productivity, and clinic performance metrics
• Ensure clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and documentation standards
• Foster a collaborative, patient-first, and team-oriented culture
• Coordinate with referring providers and community partners to grow the clinic
• Implement evidence-based practices and support continuing education initiatives
• Manage budgets, resources, and workflows for efficient clinic operations
• Support patient satisfaction, safety, and outcome improvement initiatives
