CORA Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based outpatient rehab care to diverse patients. In this role, you will evaluate and treat musculoskeletal, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions; develop individualized treatment plans; and deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education
  • Progress and modify treatment plans based on patient response and functional goals
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the EMR in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with state practice acts, payer requirements, and clinic policies
  • Participate in case conferences, quality initiatives, and clinical education activities
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture aligned with CORA's patient-first values
