Physical Therapist Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is launching a new outpatient clinic and seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to lead both clinical care and operations. In this role, you will provide evidence-based physical therapy, manage patient evaluations and treatment plans, and oversee daily clinic workflows. You'll supervise and mentor staff, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and partner with referring providers to grow the clinic. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a new outpatient physical therapy clinic, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care
• Provide direct patient evaluation, treatment planning, and manual therapy interventions
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinicians and support staff to promote clinical excellence
• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and documentation to support efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate with referring providers and community partners to build the clinic's patient base
• Monitor clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, payer, and company policies and procedures
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow clinic visibility and referrals
• Coordinate continuing education, in-services, and staff training opportunities
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-first culture focused on safety, respect, and teamwork
