Physical Therapist

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team in Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and sports-related conditions using evidence-based interventions. You'll design individualized care plans, provide hands-on therapy, and guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional training to restore mobility and independence. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care to restore function and mobility.
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training for orthopedic, neurologic, and sports-related conditions.
• Reassess progress, modify treatment plans, and document care accurately in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives to support clinical excellence.
