Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehabilitation clinic. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll deliver evidence-based physical therapy while overseeing daily clinic operations, staff performance, and patient experience. Manage schedules, productivity, and quality metrics while fostering CORA's collaborative, patient-first culture. Partner with an interdisciplinary team, mentor clinicians, and support professional development. Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments in an outpatient setting
• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff
• Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and patient outcomes to drive performance
• Ensure accurate, timely EMR documentation and regulatory compliance
• Foster a collaborative, patient-first culture aligned with CORA's values
• Coordinate care with physicians, payers, and the interdisciplinary rehab team
• Support community outreach and referral relationship building
