Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations in our outpatient rehabilitation clinic. In this full-time role, you will oversee staff scheduling, patient intake, and front office workflows while supporting therapists who deliver physical, occupational, and speech therapy. You'll monitor clinic performance, manage billing and compliance processes, resolve patient concerns, and maintain a safe, efficient environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient physical therapy clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality service
• Supervise, schedule, and support clinical and front-desk staff, fostering a collaborative, patient-first culture
• Manage patient intake, registration, and billing processes in alignment with clinic policies and payer requirements
• Monitor clinic performance metrics, including patient volume, cancellations, productivity, and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and CORA policies and procedures
• Coordinate with therapists and leadership on staffing needs, resource allocation, and operational improvements
• Handle patient concerns and service recovery with professionalism and empathy
• Manage inventory, equipment, and facility needs to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment
