Health Specialist

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Digital Health Specialist to drive innovation across our outpatient rehab clinics. In this role, you'll implement and optimize digital health tools-including telehealth, remote monitoring, and EHR workflows-to support evidence-based, personalized care. You'll collaborate with therapists and operations teams to streamline patient access, engagement, and outcomes, train staff on digital platforms, ensure HIPAA-compliant data use, and monitor key performance metrics. Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize digital health tools to enhance outpatient rehab services
• Support clinicians with telehealth, remote monitoring, and EHR workflows
• Train staff on digital platforms and ensure data accuracy and HIPAA compliance
• Analyze digital health metrics to improve access, engagement, and outcomes
• Collaborate with therapists, operations, and IT to streamline patient journeys
• Troubleshoot digital issues and coordinate with vendors as needed
