Physical Therapist Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is launching a new outpatient clinic and seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to lead care delivery and operations. In this role, you will provide hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy while building and managing a high-performing clinical team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily workflows, ensuring excellent patient outcomes, driving referrals, and maintaining regulatory and documentation standards. Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and clinical workflow for a new outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Provide direct, evidence-based physical therapy evaluation and treatment for diverse patient populations
• Hire, mentor, and develop clinicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care
• Ensure exceptional patient experience, safety, and outcomes in a patient-first environment
• Collaborate with referring providers and community partners to grow clinic referrals
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and documentation standards for compliance and quality
• Implement best practices, protocols, and continuing education to support clinical excellence
• Participate in marketing and community outreach to build clinic presence and reputation
