Travel Registered Nurse

Ascension seeks a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Department (ED), committed to transforming healthcare through innovation and compassion. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Initiate emergency resuscitative measures according to adult resuscitation and advanced life support protocols.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients/families in accordance with hospital standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols.
• Guide and direct healthcare personnel (LPNs, CNAs, unit clerks, etc.) in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
