Pharmacy Technician Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with prescription filling and labeling under supervision
• Enter and verify patient and prescription information in pharmacy systems
• Greet customers, handle transactions, and provide front-counter support
• Process insurance claims and resolve basic billing issues
• Organize, stock, and rotate pharmacy inventory and supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized pharmacy work area
• Follow pharmacy procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Protect patient privacy and handle information confidentially
• Escalate clinical questions and concerns to the pharmacist
• Participate in required on-the-job training and skill development
