Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with facility/department standards and in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in patient and family education regarding treatment plans and maintaining optimal health.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and effectively manage in-house patient care and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses.
