Registered Nurse Occupational Medicine

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Occupational Medicine to support the health and safety of employees across our care locations. In this role, you will provide clinical assessment, treatment, and case management for work-related injuries and illnesses, coordinate return-to-work plans, and promote wellness and prevention programs. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and educate staff on safe work practices. Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health nursing care to employees, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up for work-related injuries and illnesses
• Conduct health screenings, immunizations, and wellness initiatives to support employee safety and well-being
• Collaborate with physicians, safety officers, and HR to support return-to-work plans and ADA accommodations
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with OSHA, regulatory, and Ascension policies
• Educate employees on workplace safety, ergonomics, and preventive health practices
• Participate in incident investigations and recommend measures to reduce workplace hazards
