Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Seeking experienced CRNAs for a full-time assignment at a Level I Trauma academic hospital in New Haven, CT.

️ Full-time only (no exceptions). Minimum 6-month commitment required.

Position Details

• Start Date: 3/30/2026
• Contract Length: 6 months (no exceptions)
• Full-time weekly coverage required
• Shift Options: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s
• Shift Times: 7a 3p, 7a 5p, 9a 9p
• Must be flexible to work any 3 days per week (including Fridays)
• Weekend shifts may be requested
• Cannot guarantee 12s only
• No call

Practice Setting

• Academic/Training hospital
• Level I Trauma Center
• 1,541-bed facility
• EMR: Epic
• Supervised by Anesthesiologists

Case Mix (High Acuity)

CRNAs must be comfortable with all of the following:
• General Surgery
• Ortho
• Cardiovascular
• Neurosurgery
• Gastroenterology
• Urology
• Gynecology
• Ophthalmology
• Healthy Pediatrics
• ENT

Requirements

• NBCRNA Required
• Minimum 2 years CRNA experience (no exceptions)
• BLS & ACLS required
• DEA required
• Willing to license

Credentialing: 120 days
