Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Locums - Boise, Idaho, CRNA Opening

Start Date: ASAP
Expected Duration: Ongoing
Full-time availability required with 40 hours guaranteed per week

Coverage & Setting:

• CRNA coverage needed at locations in Boise and Nampa
• Locums may work 12 consecutive months, followed by a required 6-month break, and may then return for another 12 months
• Full-time candidates only
• 17 main operating rooms and 7 surgery center ORs, plus specials, cath labs, endoscopy, and radiology
• Trauma cases make up a significant portion of the case mix

Schedule & Call Requirements:

• Mix of 8- and 10-hour shifts each week
• 12-hour shifts also available
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• Flexibility with shift length is preferred
• Call: One weeknight per month and one weekend
• Provider's willingness to cover call must be confirmed at presentation

Patient Population & Clinical Scope:

• Adolescent, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• More than 90% of patients are over age 12
• CRNAs perform spinal blocks
• No regional anesthesia required

Support & Systems:

• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• NBCRNA - Required
• Full-time availability - Required
• Idaho license - Highly Preferred
• Idaho DEA and CSR - Required
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination - Required
