- Case Mix: Ortho, General, Urology, Neuro/spine. No OB
- # of OR's: 10 OR's with a volume of 750 OR cases per month on average
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Supervision, 2 Anesthesiologist, 8 CRNA's
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NBCRNA
