What You?ll Champion:
- Join a well-established, high-volume Family Medicine practice in Dallastown, Pennsylvania, providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) position with a collaborative, patient-focused care team.
- Monday through Friday schedule with one evening per week and a 1:10 weekend call rotation, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
- Deliver comprehensive primary care, including patient histories, physical examinations, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in an outpatient setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and coordinate follow-up care.
- Provide preventive health services, including annual wellness visits, immunizations, health screenings, and patient education.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families while promoting health, wellness, and disease prevention.
- Work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff in a collaborative environment.
- Ideal candidate will have Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Minimum Education:- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
- 1 year Required
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
