Blow Mold Machine Operator - Entry Level
Luxor Staffing is hiring a Blow Mold Machine Operator paying $15 per hour with 3rd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
- Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operates plastic blow molding machine.
- Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
- Visually inspect parts, measure using calipers and micrometers or other gauges.
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Fill out proper documentation with results.
- Packs pieces into boxes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in plastics (blow molding injection)
- Must be able to read calipers.
- Controls and Instrumentation, Manufacturing Experience, Safety Management, Quality Focus, Judgment
