You'll handle advanced diagnostics, drivability issues, mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and track prep. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair BMW and European vehicles, including complex drivability and electrical issues
• Perform maintenance, mechanical repairs, and system overhauls to high quality standards
• Execute performance upgrades, track prep, and reliability-focused modifications
• Use OEM-level diagnostic tools, software, and technical information systems
• Inspect vehicles, document findings, and communicate clearly with service staff and customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with a small team on performance builds and long-term customer projects
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs, performance upgrades, and track readiness
