Business Development Representative
Complete Care Centers, LLC Careers is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive referral growth across our post-accident and injury care network. In this role, you will prospect, qualify, and nurture relationships with physicians, attorneys, and community partners to generate new patient referrals for our integrated medical, chiropractic, therapy, and diagnostic services. You'll manage a field-based territory, execute structured outreach campaigns, and track activities and results in a CRM. Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, you'll ensure a seamless experience for new partners while representing our patient-first, collaborative culture. Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new referral sources including providers, attorneys, and community partners
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate new patient referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the injury care space
- Deliver clear, compliant presentations on Complete Care Centers' services and value proposition
- Track all activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM and report on sales pipeline
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new referral partners
- Attend networking events, community outreach activities, and industry meetings to expand market presence
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to help refine outreach and service offerings
- Uphold a patient-first, ethical approach in all business development activities
