Park Energy Services seeks a Field Technician II or higher to service natural gas compression equipment supporting oil and gas operations across key U.S. basins. In this field-based role, you'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain compression units, ensuring safe and reliable performance at customer sites. Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and accurate documentation while working closely with operations and customers. You'll operate under strict safety standards and support emergency call-outs. Responsibilities
- Install, start up, and maintain natural gas compression equipment at customer locations
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and performance checks on field units
- Document work performed, parts used, and equipment status in service reports and digital systems
- Follow safety procedures, permits, and environmental guidelines in all field activities
- Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and customers to schedule and prioritize field service work
- Train or mentor junior technicians on standard procedures and safe work practices
- Support emergency call-outs and after-hours field service as needed
- Use test equipment, hand tools, and lifting equipment safely and correctly
- Communicate equipment status and recommendations to customers and internal teams
