Residential Outside Sales Executive

Clearwave Fiber LLC seeks a Residential Outside Sales Executive to expand our fiber-to-the-premise footprint in underserved neighborhoods. In this field-based role, you will prospect door-to-door, qualify residential customers, and present high-speed internet, voice, and related services tailored to their needs. You'll own your territory, drive local outreach and events, and build strong community relationships while hitting ambitious sales targets. Ideal candidates bring proven outside sales success, comfort working independently in the field, excellent communication skills, and passion for delivering reliable connectivity to growing communities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential customers for fiber internet, voice, and related services in assigned territories
• Conduct in-person sales presentations and needs assessments at customer homes and community events
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate lead, contact, and opportunity data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with marketing and field teams on local campaigns, events, and neighborhood launches
• Educate customers on product features, pricing, promotions, and installation process
• Build relationships with community stakeholders and represent Clearwave Fiber at local events
• Follow all safety policies while working in neighborhoods and the field
• Manage sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and process customer orders and contracts
• Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and support referrals
