HR Business Partner

AGM Management LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our fast-growing software teams. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, advising on organization design, workforce planning, and change initiatives. You will guide managers on performance, employee relations, and development, and use HR analytics to inform decisions. Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to technology leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
• Advise managers on performance management, coaching, and employee development
• Lead employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent resolution and legal compliance
• Drive talent management, including succession planning and high-potential development
• Support recruitment strategies and selection for key technical and leadership roles
• Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) and recommend data-driven actions
• Implement and improve HR policies, programs, and processes across the organization
• Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR and organizational initiatives
